I have created the content of my website with the greatest care.
According to § 7 Abs.1 TMG I am responsible for the content according to the general laws.
According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, I am not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which knowledge of a specific infringement of the law is known. As soon as I become aware of any legal violations, I will remove this content immediately.
My website only contains links to my own sub-pages and no links to external third-party websites.
The use of my website does not require the disclosure of personal data. My contact details, which I have published as part of the imprint obligation, must not be used sending unsolicited advertising or other informational materials. I will take legal steps against unsolicited submissions, e.g. through spam mails.
